WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT:
Because we do not let or manage student houses owned by anyone else (in particular we don't  let houses for any  other landlords) we can ensure the high standards which we set are achieved and maintained at all times.  Specifically, all refurbishment and maintenance of our student housing in Manor House N4 is carried out in-house to a high and consistent standard by the same building contractors, and all administration  for our student accommodation in Manor House N4  is carried out in house by professionally qualified staff.  We regularly   contribute to  legal articles  about student housing and accommodation  in London  and the many pitfalls students may face when renting their housing  through unregulated and unaccountable landlords. Each student has their  own double bedroom with double bed, private washbasin and private flat screen tv, plus access to a communal  area with sofas and 32"/40" flat screen HDTV and use of a decked maintenance free garden. Each student house has at least one full sized bathroom with shower and at least  two  further separate shower-rooms with independent  hot water. 

We  are the only  student housing supplier  in Manor House  to be able to guarantee that our students each will have  a double bed,  their own modern washbasin,  flat screen tv and  100mb internet socket in their  study bedroom. 

Because we own and manage  our own portfolio of   student  houses and  also co-operate with  the  two other key local private housing suppliers, larger groups of  students  and graduates can always   be accommodated in similar student  houses near to each other and it  is possible to accommodate groups of students  and graduates as large as  ten or  fifteen in number in shared student houses which meet all the relevant  safety and planning requirements, provide an outstanding level of  security  and facilities with additional bathrooms, shower rooms, washbasins, internet / cabling  technology and alarms  without becoming  institutional like the larger schemes operated by Unite, Nido, Urban Nest, Opal and CRM,  and  whilst retaining their traditional features and period detail.  

VIEWINGS AND HOUSING AVAILABILITY LIST:  
We commence  our main viewings each January  for students wishing to start a  tenancy and move in  at the start of the following academic year  in August or September.

Based on student demand and feedback, we now also run some informal "meet us and have a look days"  in  December and January each year (before the main viewings programme) . Generally most houses are reserved very early on, and other houses are then taken after the City University  Housing Fair  and the University of London Housing Fair  both of which we exhibit at by invitation.

For the best choice of student housing, we recommend that students attend our "meet us and have a look days"  in December and January and  then commence their main housing search for the next academic year from  mid January and arrange formal viewings directly with us from that date.  This avoids the rush around exam time and at the end of term, and allows students the time  to address any unforeseen issues which may arise in their groups.
