GREAT FACILITIES:
Facilities at all student houses include a minimum X1 full bathroom with overhead shower and at least X2 additional separate shower-rooms with independent hot water supply. Many houses now have X2 washer dryers, X2 fridge freezers and X2 ovens. Bike storage is available at some sites and car parking can be arranged (parking is subject to extra charge). All houses have intruder alarms, locking windows and smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.
HELP FOR LARGE GROUPS:
We can accommodate groups of 10 and 11 students by using more than one house, as all houses are very close to each other and we have reciprocal arrangements with the other key local landlords.
NO MOVE IN FEES:
We waive all move in fees for students provided their tenancy completes.
PEACE OF MIND:
Renting from us includes peace of mind as we are well regulated and accountable. We are registered with the main London Universities and known by the university housing officers.
